All of the staff that I dealt with were lovely, very help very and out my mind as rear as I was traveling alone. Especially Helen, she has a wonderful team. The wine, food staff and facilities were wonderful. Shame I couldn't have stayed longer. The things I disliked were just attention to detail. I would definitely stay there again.

Other reviews have mentioned the friendliness of the staff here but it was really exceptional. Everyone seemed happy to be hosting us and took pride in what they did. Lovely reception and restaurant staff particularly. And it's a stunning location.
